1. The luggage storage service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") shall properly keep and safely store the items in a secure area.
2. This service prohibits the deposit of the following items:
1) Gun, ammunition, detonator, Prohibited Knife.
2) Flammable, explosive, fragile, perishable and decayable items, drugs, radioactive substances.
3) Computer, cash, camera, mobile phone, medicine, cultural relics, precious instruments and apparatus, precious metals.
4) Important documents, drawings and other materials marked with confidentiality level.
5) Other items that may endanger public safety
If the inspection finds that the user has stored prohibited items, it shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations or handed over to the public security department for handling.
3. The staff of the storage spot shall, in accordance with the requirements of maintaining public safety, open and inspect the items stored by the user as required by the public security. If the depositor refuses to check, the staff of the storage spot shall have the right to refuse to check-in.
4. If any of the following situations are discovered, the staff of the storage spot will promptly report to the local public security organ.
1) The articles listed in Article 2 of this regulation.
2) Defraud or fraud other storage.
5. Luggage storage range: daily necessities, clothing, and other luggage. Computers, cash valuables (gold and silver jewelry, jewelry, valuable or non-value securities, etc.), credentials, important documents, fragile items, funeral items, etc. Please keep them yourself. The service is not accepted.
6. Please check-out your items on the date of retrieval. If no one claims the items after 3 days of the retrieval date, this service provider reserves the right to dispose of them.
7. Check-in luggage with the booking. Without the booking, the service is not accepted.
8. Check-in with booking information and present credence at the luggage storage spot. If the user cannot present booking information and deposit credence, the service is not accepted.
9. Free cancellation before 00:00 on the check-in date. Cancellation before 23:59 on the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the order amount (subject to the actual order placement page). After that, cancellation is not allowed.
10. User commitment: If due to the significant negligence of the storage spot, the luggage or items are lost or damaged, and the current value of the luggage or items is no more than ￥500, the storage spot's liability for compensation is limited to ￥500.
11. Luggage must be packaged properly. Damaged luggage will not be accepted for storage. The provider and the storage spot will not be held responsible for any damage or deterioration of the items inside the packaged luggage.
12. If the user loses booking information and credence, resulting in the registered item being impersonated by others, the service provider and the storage spot shall not be held responsible.
