Q4: Can I store it directly in the store without placing an order

A4: No. Please place your order first and then check-in in the store. Without order information, we cannot store your luggage

Q5: How should I choose a storage location?

A5: You can choose a destination, subway station, train station, bus station, or a storage point near the airport according to your itinerary

Q6: How do I fill in the quantity of luggage when placing an order

A6: We have two types of luggage specifications, one is luggage, mainly including suitcases (13 inches~30 inches), strollers, large backpacks, etc; One type is small bags, mainly backpacks, handbags, handbags, etc; You can fill out the order based on the luggage you want to store and the above specifications

A9: You can cancel the order by clicking the cancel order button before 23:59 on the deposit date; After that, it is stored by default and cannot be cancelled

Q10: Can I Check-in and Check-out from different locations

A10: No, we currently do not support storing and retrieving from different locations. You can only access from the same storage point

A11: There is no limit on the number of items stored

Q12: How to extend the storage period?

A12: You can click on the "Delay Check-out" button on the order page, follow the system prompts to select the retrieval date you need, and then delay the order

Q13: Can I store my computer?

A13: Our service does not support storing valuable items. We recommend that you carry your computer with you
